Rule 139
Employees working in Tehsil Branch will be under Directorate
(1) All the employees working in the Tehsil Branch of the District Court will be under the Directorate and the records of their work will be kept by the Directorate.
(2) In case of employment, transfer or promotion of the employees working in Tehsil branch, the authority should give the information to the directorate.
